Logitech 046d:09a1 doesn't work

It shows up, but refuses to work. Any help greatly appreciated!

If the device has an altsetting option in the mixer you can try changing it and test recording again. (I don't expect this to work though - USB recording is generally bugged. Maybe this hackish diff could help, if you're willing to build OSS from source...)

Thanks for the tip. At long last, I was able to get ALSA working again, which supports it quite well. However, I rather prefer the sound quality of oss; hopefully more support and bugs can beg worked out.
