couldn't open mixer device /dev/audioctl

Hi guys.
Did install solaris 10 on a toshiba TE2100 laptop. I can't open any sound due to this error! couldn't open mixer device /dev/audioctl.
Did install an audio driver from http://www.tools.de/solaris/audio/

bash-3.00# update_drv -a -i '"pci8086,266e"' audio810
("pci8086,266e") already in use as a driver or alias.


Still nothing. Can any one help?
